Our services include online courses, downloadable toolkits, webinars, and mentoring.

3. Use of This Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:

  • Use this website in any way that may cause harm, disruption, or illegal activity

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, videos, downloads, and resources — is owned by or licensed to Lucy Peacock Marketing.

You may not copy, share, reproduce, or redistribute any materials, content, or downloads for commercial purposes without written consent.
Purchasing a digital product grants you a single-user licence for your own business use only.
You may not resell, share, or distribute it to others.

5. Digital Products & Online Courses

a) Access and Delivery

After purchase, digital products (such as toolkits, workbooks, or courses) are delivered via email or through an online portal.
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

b) Lifetime Access

Where stated, “lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the product or programme, not the purchaser. If we discontinue a product, reasonable notice will be provided.

c) Updates

We may occasionally update or improve products. Purchasers will receive the updated version if included as part of their original access rights.

6. Mentoring and Coaching Services

When booking a 1:1 or group mentoring session, you agree to attend the scheduled session or provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule sessions if necessary, providing reasonable notice to you.

7. Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, unless a payment plan option is offered.
For payment plans, you agree to complete all instalments as agreed.
Failure to make payments may result in loss of access to products or services.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or ThriveCart. We do not store your payment details.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
This includes instant-access downloads, toolkits, and online courses.

For live group programmes or mentoring, refunds are not offered once sessions have begun.
If you are unable to continue, please contact us at hello@lucypeacock.com to discuss possible options (e.g., transfer or credit).

We comply with UK consumer law and digital content regulations (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
